How do I benefit from a deferred payment of rent, water, gas and electricity bills?

On Monday, 16 March 2020, the President of the Republic announced that smaller businesses that are struggling can defer the payment of rent, water, gas and electricity bills.

How do I benefit?

To benefit from such deferred payments, you must request a privately-agreed deferral, by email or by phone, directly from the companies to which you pay those bills (your gas, water or electricity supplier, your landlord, etc.).

For businesses in shopping centres, the National Council of Shopping Centres (CNCC) has already asked landlords to suspend rents due in April.
