In the current COVID-19 pandemic, governments and institutions across the globe are introducing measures to try to alleviate the impact on businesses and individuals. Fiscal and financial compensation measures are evolving over time: government-backed loans to businesses, business rates reliefs, direct business grants, support for the self-employed, the extension to tax deadlines and the relaxation of rules on the payment of sickness benefits, are just some examples.

It is compiled from information provided by BDO Tax and BDO Grant and International Aid specialists, for jurisdictions where we have this information.
