[Updated on 04/02] Extension of the emergency measures relating to partial activity :
In accordance with decree no. 2021-88 of January 29, 2021, the reduction in the rate of the partial activity allowance from 70% of gross compensation to 60%, provided for by the decree of October 30, 2020, is again postponed.
It is now set for March 1, 2021.
The reduction in the partial activity allowance rate from 60% to 36% will also only take place on March 1, 2021.
