Rental assistance for retailers in the Ile de France region

Proposed for the first time in November 2020, the regional rental subsidy of €1,000 has been renewed to support shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and craft businesses in the Ile-de-France region that have been banned from receiving the public in March 2021. It is also aimed at certain categories of hotels and events authorized to open but which have suffered a sharp drop in activity.

The aid is a flat-rate grant of €1,000. It is granted within the budget allocated to the scheme, starting on 8 April 2021.

Who can benefit, and under what conditions?

·Local shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and craft businesses, either individually or in the form of a company, whose establishment is located in Île-de-France, created before 15 October 2020.

·Multi-establishment companies can apply for aid for each establishment (SIRET number).

What should be done to get the aid?

Eligible companies must submit their application online at https://aides-urgence-covid19.iledefrance.fr before 7 May 2021 and complete the application file including, in particular, a certificate from a professional accountant relating to the number of employees expressed in FTEs and the turnover for the last financial year for which accounts have been drawn up and the fact that the company does not belong to a group exceeding these two thresholds
