The BDO Transaction Services team is delighted to have supported Santé Cie, a healthcare services group generating €500 million in revenue, in the acquisition of Domisoins, a Swiss company providing home care services for elderly, disabled, or chronically ill patients through nursing care, as well as monitoring patients with mental health disorders.
This transaction enables Santé Cie to consolidate nearly €5 million in additional revenue and marks the opening of a new regional presence for the Group.
