The BDO Transaction Services team is delighted to have supported Sopartex, a French distributor of spare parts for automobiles and motorized gardening equipment, as part of the reorganization of its share capital.

Founded in 1954 and based in Frépillon, Sopartex supplies small automotive spare parts, wear parts, and replacement parts to independent garage owners. The company also caters to the motorized gardening sector, supplying mechanical spare parts and high-recurrence wear parts to wholesalers who supply gardeners.
