Omnes Capital invests in Castor & Pollux

We are pleased to have provided our Transaction Services support to Omnes Capital in its acquisition of a minority stake in the digital communications agency Castor & Pollux.

This transaction allowed the management team to strengthen its stake in the company by becoming a majority shareholder.

Founded in 2010, Castor & Pollux is a one-stop-shop agency that supports its clients in their digital transformation (communication strategy, content creation and production, placement of experts on site). The company employs around 50 people and aims for €7.7m in revenue in 2023.
