Founded in Lyon in 1973, Numans is a chartered accountancy firm that has gradually expanded its geographical footprint through around fifteen acquisitions and is now established in Lyon, Caluire, Grenoble, Marseille, Paris and Lille.
The minority investment by Andera Partners (alongside BPI France) aims to support the Group’s growth strategy, in particular through new offerings, the strengthening of synergies (across activities and recently integrated entities), and continuous geographical expansion.
