Alexandra is a Partner in the Restructuring team within the Deal Advisory department at the Aix-en-Provence office.

• Supporting the leaders of SMEs and mid-sized companies facing underperformance (out-of-court proceedings) or confirmed distress (insolvency proceedings): conducting IBRs, negotiating with creditors, supporting companies during Observation Periods, modeling and restructuring continuation plans, working capital optimization assignments.
• Advising leaders on their acquisition or succession projects involving distressed companies or companies in insolvency proceedings.
• Defining and implementing short- and medium-term financing or refinancing needs (traditional and alternative financing) alongside company leaders and their finance teams.

• Since 2025: Partner at BDO, following the acquisition of Advance Capital
• 2022 – 2024: Partner at Advance Capital, developing the Restructuring offering in the Southern and Occitanie regions
• 10 years in consulting firms and 15 years in operational Finance Director roles
• Began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen

For over 25 years, Alexandra has been assisting business leaders of companies facing underperformance or experiencing strong growth. She has held several Finance Director positions in underperforming companies, where she managed highly operational and complex corporate situations (restructuring plan management, distressed company acquisitions, financing and integration of new entities).
