Executive summary
After gaining experience in SMEs, a law firm, and a special situations banking division, Henri became a corporate financial restructuring advisor. He was a Partner at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS for about ten years before joining MAZARS in 2008, where he developed and led the Restructuring practice.
Henri has extensive experience in analyzing financial distress situations and identifying appropriate solutions for resolving business difficulties.
He provides support in managing corporate distress, advising shareholders and executives, and coaching on business model evolution under stress.
As a natural extension of this activity, he also advises buyers on the acquisition of distressed companies (stressed and distressed M&A).
In early 2021, Henri joined the ADVANCE CAPITAL Group to accelerate the development of the Restructuring practice alongside Emmanuel SQUINABOL.
Henri holds a dual academic background in management (business school – Executive MBA from HEC) and in law (Master’s degree in Business Law).
