For 15 years, François-Jérôme has been advising groups across a wide range of sectors on improving their financial performance: retail, industry, services, cosmetics, luxury, transport, banking, and more.
He has notably led projects focused on enhancing Finance organizations (Management Control, Accounting), optimizing reporting processes, developing financial models, shortening closing timelines, and digitizing accounting and financial processes: ERP, RTR, OTC, PTP, etc.
François-Jérôme supports groups in reviewing their processes (from order to payment), optimizing Master Data (supplier qualification, data completeness, definition and implementation of governance), defining the various steps in the process flow (order intake, control and validation of goods and services, invoice booking, management of discrepancies and disputes), and establishing roles, responsibilities, and rules among the different departments (Procurement, Finance, Requestors, Management, Operations, etc.).
Over the course of his experience, he has developed strong project management skills working with multidisciplinary teams.
