Experience

Delphine joined BDO in 2001 after 5 years of experience with ALCATEL LUCENT, and serves as Chartered accountant in BDO Versailles for International and Renewable Energies sector customers.

At ALCATEL LUCENT, she worked on SAP projects (FI Module) for the firm’s international factories.

Delphine is in charge of accounting and tax assignments for international clients.

Delphine is also the operating head of the Renewable Energies department in BDO.

She has been working in the  Renewable energies  sector for almost 15 years.

Thanks to a specialized team in Renewables Energy (more than 20 persons) ; BDO provides guidance on taxation and accounting issues through all the various stages of the renewable energies project.

In charge of accounting and tax compliance assignments for international customers with a dedicated team.

We perform accounting and tax services for many renewable energies companies located in France, provide annual tax and accounting services for more than 700 MW of renewable energy parks (operating parks) for industrial groups and international investor companies.

Delphine manages due diligence assignments during company acquisitions projects from more than 700MW (parks in development and operating) and works closely with various lawyers and technical advisors specialized in this area.

Participation in renewable energies organization, she takes apart in a working group on Tax and Accounting issues. She regularly studies tax evolutions and their potential impact on energies companies with other  organization members.
